Adding curves to your veneer designs adds elegance and interest, but comes with additional considerations to ensure success. In this session Owain will cover the processes, tools, and techniques needed to tackle a variety of curved veneer projects. Demos will include prepping veneer, vacuum pressing inside and outside curves, vacuum pressing without a platten, and pressing complex curves with a custom made caul. Owain will also demo how to veneer a molding with a waterfall edge.
